Location: Crystal Mountain , Washington
Wage Range: $ $80,168.40 - $93,169.13
The facilities manager oversees all aspects of building functions , janitorial, and guarantees the safety and functionality of all facilities. Duties include running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and supervising facilities & janitorial staff. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in facilities management processes and exhibits high multitasking and organizational abilities. This position will report to the Senior Manager of Fleet & Facilities dealing with facilities and the Director of Fleet & Facilities for janitorial concerns.
Skills and qualifications
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS-
This position is required to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays while in operation.
Position may require sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, or bending on an occasional basis.
