Our programs support professionals working with adults 55+, families, caregivers, senior living communities, wellness organizations, and aging-related services.
About the Role
We are seeking contract curriculum and training contributors to support selected education projects connected to our Healthy Longevity Certification programs.
This is a paid, project-based independent contractor opportunity. Contributors may be engaged for specific deliverables such as:
- Recorded expert lessons
- Live training sessions
- Curriculum review
- Case study development
- Candidate Q&A sessions
- Webinars
- Professional articles
- Certification enrichment materials
Contractors are paid per approved deliverable according to the written project scope.

- Short recorded expert lesson
- Guest teaching a live certification session
- Reviewing curriculum materials
- Writing a case study or practice scenario

Compensation
Project-based pay ranges include:
- Short written contribution/article: $50–$100
- Case study/practice scenario: $50–$100
- Candidate Q&A session: $75–$150
- Curriculum review: $75–$150
- 30-min recorded lesson: $75–$150
- 45–60 min live session: $150–$250
- Webinar contribution: $100–$250
- Certification assessment review: $75–$150
- Full module contribution: $250–$500
Payment is made for completed and approved deliverables that meet agreed scope, deadline, and quality expectations.
Responsibilities
- Complete approved project deliverables per scope
- Provide subject-matter expertise
- Communicate clearly with the PrimeSpan team
- Meet deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality of PrimeSpan materials
- Follow content, brand, and IP guidelines
- Support a respectful, mission-aligned learning experience
Qualifications
- Experience in aging services, wellness coaching, therapy, social work, psychology, fitness, nutrition, dementia care, caregiver education, or gerontology
- Teaching, coaching, training, presenting, writing, or facilitation experience
- Relevant credentials, licenses, certifications, or specialized training
- Strong interest in healthy longevity and meaningful aging
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and respectfully
Contractor Classification
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, licenses, insurance, tools, and compliance. PrimeSpan may request a W‑9 and issue Form 1099‑NEC as required.
