Maintenance Technician – Window Well Experts (Walworth County, WI)
Full‑time On‑site Day Shift
Window Well Experts is a fast‑growing manufacturer looking for a Maintenance Technician to support our production facility. This role keeps our equipment running, reduces downtime, performs equipment installs, upgrades, shop improvements, and ensures a safe, efficient shop environment.
⭐ Key Responsibilities
- Performs equipment installations, upgrades, and shop improvements
- Perform routine maintenance on all production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, plumbing and hydraulic issues
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks and maintain accurate logs
- Support facility maintenance: lighting, compressors, ventilation, safety systems
- Respond quickly to equipment failures to keep production moving
⭐ Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on troubleshooting experience
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blue prints and technical manuals
- Experience in a manufacturing or shop environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pneumatic, hydraulics, and other building systems
- Experience with logic controllers and other automation
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and safety‑focused
- Able to lift 75+ lbs and work in a fast‑paced environment
- Welding skills are highly preferred
- Forklift Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with logical, systematic approach
- Positive attitude
- Work safely and maintain a high general appearance of the company facility and grounds

· Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
· Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
