Duties
- Provide outstanding multilingual customer support via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Manage order processing, including data entry, tracking shipments, and updating customer records accurately using Microsoft Office tools and other technical platforms
- Assist with outbound calling to follow up on orders, gather feedback, or resolve outstanding issues to enhance client satisfaction
- Support client services by handling returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently while maintaining excellent communication etiquette
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, including inventory updates and coordination with logistics partners
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and operational activities to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette, communication skills, and technical proficiency to deliver a positive customer experience in a call center environment
Qualifications
- Multilingual abilities are highly preferred; fluency in English plus at least one additional language is a strong asset
- Prior experience in customer support or client services within an e-commerce or call center setting is desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle high-volume outbound calls and emails confidently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and record-keeping tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills for managing multiple platforms simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude
- Experience with cash handling or processing payments is a plus but not required
