We’re hiring Front of the House Team Members who love people, fast-paced mornings/lunch, and delivering great guest experiences.
Position Summary
As a Front of the House Team Member, you’re the first smile our guests see. You’ll take orders, deliver outstanding service, and help create a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. If you love people, energy, and fast-paced mornings, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Take orders accurately and handle payments.
- Support beverage and food handoff to ensure speed and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting guest area.
- Work closely with kitchen and restaurant teammates during morning rushes
- Represent the Biscuits & Bird brand with positivity and pride.
What We’re Looking For
- Guest-focused with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Morning/Lunch availability required.
- Customer service or QSR experience preferred—but not required.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
