Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community outreach strategies to increase awareness of home health services among diverse populations
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and local agencies to facilitate referrals and collaborative efforts
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and informational sessions to educate patients and caregivers about available services
- Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries related to home health offerings, providing clear and compassionate communication
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new patients while maintaining detailed records of community interactions
- Analyze community needs and feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and outreach expansion
- Lead educational workshops or seminars that highlight the benefits of home health care, emphasizing patient-centered approaches
Skills
- Exceptional negotiation and account management skills to foster partnerships and secure referrals
- Proven experience in B2B sales or medical sales, with a focus on product demos and technical sales techniques
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders across various sectors
- Outside sales experience complemented by excellent customer service skills to build lasting relationships
- Analytical skills for assessing community needs, tracking outreach effectiveness, and optimizing strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, for creating presentations and reports
- Outstanding communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences
- Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
