Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our luxury residential painting team. This role focuses exclusively on accurately assessing, pricing, and preparing proposals for high-end interior and exterior painting as well as commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
Estimating
- Conduct thorough on-site evaluations of luxury residences to assess surface conditions, measurements, and preparation requirements.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, specialty finishes, equipment, and project timelines.
- Interpret architectural plans, designer specifications, and custom finish schedules.
- Create clear, professional proposals outlining project scope, pricing, and schedule.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure estimates align with production capabilities and budget goals.
- Review completed project costs versus estimates to continuously refine pricing accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Three (3) years experience in estimating experience
- Strong communication (written and verbal), leadership, problem solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and calculations.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple estimates at once.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
- Spanish speaking a plus.
