We Are Hiring an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative!
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, managing online orders, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the order lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in e-commerce, customer service, order management, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, retail, or distribution environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, chat, and online marketplaces.
- Process and manage e-commerce orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, shipping, delivery status, and order issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery or transportation concerns.
- Update customer accounts, order records, and CRM systems accurately.
- Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining high service levels.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, with at least 1 year in E-commerce support.
- Experience supporting e-commerce, online retail, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution operations.
- Knowledge of order processing, shipping, fulfillment, and inventory systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP, customer service software or CRM platforms.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
