We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Lead to join our team in Pecos, TX. The Shift Lead will oversee daily operations during their shift, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining high standards of customer service, and supporting team members to achieve operational goals.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of team members during assigned shifts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns promptly.
- Assist in training, coaching, and mentoring new and existing staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Prepare and submit shift reports and communicate important information to management.
- Support team members in meeting performance and productivity goals.
Starting Pay:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems are advantageous.
