What You’ll Do

- Provide accurate product information and guide customers toward the best solutions
- Assist with orders, exchanges, returns, and tracking updates
- Help customers navigate sizing, fit, and product usage
- Support basic sales needs by recommending appropriate items
- Maintain organized notes and accurate communication records
- Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, shipping, product) to resolve issues
- Represent the brand with warmth, professionalism, and strong product knowledge

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A calm, friendly, and solutions-focused approach to customer interactions
- An understanding of the fitness lifestyle — whether from personal training experience, recreational fitness, or general familiarity with fitness culture
- Ability to learn detailed product features, sizing guidance, and brand-specific fit considerations
- Comfortable using order systems, CRMs, and email support tools
- Reliable, organized, and proactive in resolving customer needs
