In this role, you’ll help support and deliver highquality occupational therapy services while working closely with our licensed Occupational Therapists and rehab leadership.
- Provide OT treatment interventions in accordance with individualized plans of care developed by the Occupational Therapist
- Treat residents in skilled nursing, assisted living, and outpatient settings
- Communicate resident progress, concerns, and recommendations to the Occupational Therapist
- Apply therapeutic techniques appropriate to each resident’s functional needs
- Participate in care plan meetings when requested by the Director of Rehabilitation
- Document treatment notes, progress notes, and provide objective input for discharge summaries
- Complete daily billing and documentation per facility policy and regulatory standards
- Adhere to state practice acts, professional ethics, and company policies
- Support a teambased approach focused on safe, effective, residentcentered care
- Active state COTA license or certification (required)
- Strong clinical skills and understanding of therapeutic interventions
- Ability to work collaboratively under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Compassionate, dependable, and residentfocused approach
- Excellent communication and timemanagement skills
- Desire to be part of a stable, inhouse rehab team
