Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking CNC Operators to hire at a manufacturing warehouse located in Smyrna! The ideal candidate should be dependable, have reliable transportation, and available to work full time.
Pay Rate: $17.72/hour
Requirements for CNC Operators:
After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:
- Previous CNC and machine operating experience is required.
- Experience with hand tools is required.
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.
Responsibilities of CNC Operators:
- Responsible for the daily production of surface finishing of slides and barrels following the standard operating procedures.
- Utilizes hand tools such as files and de-burring tools to achieve set specifications.
- Performs quality inspections making visual checks to assure compliance with specifications.
- Performs quality control using custom measuring equipment.
- Immediately reports errors in production and performance to Manufacturing Supervisor/Machine Adjuster.
- Operates manual and semiautomatic machines.
- Maintains work station by cleaning equipment and work area.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Shift Details: 2nd Shift Available!
- 2nd: Monday-Friday – 2:00PM-10:00PM
