Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Entry-Level Mortgage Loan Coordinator to join our team. No prior mortgage experience? No problem! If you are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people, we will provide all the hands-on training and mentorship you need to succeed and pave the oportunity for growth within the company. In this entry-level role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through the initial stages of their loan process while learning the ins and outs of the mortgage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Assistance: Walk customers step-by-step through filling out their initial loan applications, ensuring all personal and financial details are accurately recorded.
- Document Gathering & Communication: Clearly communicate with customers to request necessary documents (such as pay stubs, tax forms, and bank statements) and answer their questions along the way.
- Loan Option Review: Learn our product offerings to guide customers through their various loan options and help them understand which choice fits their financial goals.
- Loan Setup & File Preparation: Review and organize customer files, double-check paperwork for completeness, and set up the loan file so it is fully ready for underwriting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Entry-level position — no previous mortgage experience required!
- Growth Mindset: High willingness to learn, adapt, and build technical skills in mortgage processing and compliance through our company-provided training.
- People Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on providing great customer service.
- Detail-Oriented: Organizational abilities with a high level of accuracy when handling paperwork and numbers.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new computer software, loan management systems, and basic office applications.

Pay: $38,500.00 - $58,000.00 per year
