Job description
Residential General Contractor seeking individual with trades / handyman / maintenance abilities.
*MUST HAVE OWN WORK VEHICLE (Truck or Van)
Candidate should be confident in all aspects of repairs / maintenance and have possess problem solving skills.
Able to work on their own.
Customer service oriented.
Must pass a drug and background check.
Vehicle Allowance (must have own vehicle)
Cell and Gas Card will be provided.
Pay is per hour based on experience
40 hours per week to start and some overtime.
Must be available Mon - Fri.

General Residential Construction
-Framing
-Trim Carpentry
-Fixing faucet leaks, replacing cartridges
-Replacing faucets, shut off valves and toilet parts
-Install toilets
-Replace disposals
-Basic electrical skills, troubleshooting,
-Replace outlets & switches
-Assemble and install fans
-Installing baseboards and doors
-Minor drywall and stucco repairs

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
No weekends
Overtime
