What you’ll do:
- Open and close the studio, including daily operational checklists
- Keep the studio spotless: cleaning saunas, floors, bathrooms, and common areas
- Greet members and guests with energy and enthusiasm
- Lead tours and educate guests on the HOTWORX concept and memberships
- Sell memberships, retail, and promotions with confidence
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, and in-studio conversations
- Support marketing efforts, events, and team initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Comfortable with sales and goal-based environments
- Personable, outgoing, and confident communicating with others
- Fitness or wellness experience preferred (but not required)
- Sales or customer service experience a plus
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Creative
