We're looking for a highly organized, computer savvy, detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team. The position requires an ability to multitask and interact with external contacts. A successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of organizational administrative practices.
Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone in a pleasant, professional manner.
- Take and relay messages to the appropriate party.
- Proficiency in data entry utilizing CRM Software
- Ability to learn new platforms as needed
- Strong background in customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace
- Assist in daily office needs
- Be able to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks
- Distribute documents.
- Meet deadlines while working independently
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- CRM systems, Microsoft Office products, and Google Workspace: 1 year (Preferred)
