Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Demonstrate technical knowledge of products to assist customers with their needs
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in time management to ensure productivity during busy periods
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus
