Job Title: Concierge Reservationist
Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Concierge Reservationist to be the welcoming voice and face of the Wrigley Mansion. You'll be the first point of contact, ensuring every Guest's journey begins with exceptional service and a touch of magic. We believe in creating genuine, hand-tailored moments for our guests, where every interaction is infused with warmth and personality.
Availability needed:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
*Start date mid June.
Responsibilities:
- Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and a personal touch.
- Provide detailed information about our dining experiences, special events, and history tours.
- Maximize reservations by strategically managing seating arrangements and table turns.
- Resolve reservation issues and guest concerns with composure and creativity, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure seamless communication with other departments.
- Assist in guest relations enhancements, including special menu printing, blueprint gifts from the Mansion for special occasions, and floral arrangements and decor.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

- Genuine & Organic: You believe in providing a human experience that feels authentic and tailored to each guest's needs.
- Storyteller: You have a passion for history and excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to memorize facts and scripts.
- Hospitality, events, is a plus.
- Past experience utilizing guest reservation software (Open Table, Tock, Tripleseat)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent guest service skills and telephone etiquette.
