The Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Massage Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a specialist in Deep Tissue massage who understands the mechanics of the human body and is committed to providing exceptional care. You will work alongside other health and wellness professionals to help our clients manage pain, improve mobility, and accelerate recovery.
Required Schedule:
This is a part-time position requiring availability during the following specific shifts:
- Wednesday: Afternoons
- Thursday: Mornings
- Saturday: Mornings
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional, high-quality deep tissue and therapeutic massages tailored to each client's specific needs.
- Assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records.
- Uphold a clean, safe, and professional treatment space.
- Collaborate with the Action Performance Care team to ensure comprehensive client wellness.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Licensing: Must possess and maintain all necessary state and local licenses/certifications required to practice massage therapy.
- Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency and advanced training in Deep Tissue massage techniques.
- Experience: Previous experience in a clinical, sports, or therapeutic massage setting is highly preferred.
- Professionalism: Excellent communication skills, punctuality, and a client-first mindset.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform consecutive deep-tissue massages while maintaining proper body mechanics.
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
