$15/1400=$2000 weekly gross
$50 OT rate

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist in personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide basic wound care and dressing changes.
- Collect samples for lab testing (e.g., blood, urine).
- Help patients with mobility, including repositioning and transfers.
- Communicate with doctors, nurses, and families regarding patient care and updates.
- Observe patient conditions and report changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
- Document patient information accurately in medical records.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have current and active license in NH
- Must have 1-2 years RECENT LTC experience
- Must have valid BLS/CPR
- COVID Vaccine
- Recent PPD and Physical exam in the last 12 months
