What you’ll do:
- Walk into customers' homes as a trusted expert — inspect, assess, and identify issues others miss.
- Deliver same-day quotes and close on the spot. Your thoroughness directly drives your paycheck.
- Own a weekly schedule and run it with precision — no micromanagement, just results.
- Handle warranty concerns with professionalism: assess, communicate, and resolve.
- Perform on-site repairs and present detailed repair plans when follow-up work is needed.
- Identify and propose additional services that genuinely benefit the customer.
- Show up to weekly leadership meetings ready to contribute — your input matters here.
What you’ll need:
- Experience in home services, construction, maintenance, or repair — you know how homes work.
- Natural sales instincts and the communication skills to back them up.
- The ability to quickly size up a situation and offer the right solution.
- Comfort working in all environments — attics, crawl spaces, outdoors — without hesitation.
- A valid driver's license and a clean record.
- Self-starter mindset. You manage your day; we give you the tools to win it.
