Part-Time Inventory Data Clerk
The Eagle Printing Co. is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Inventory Data Clerk to support daily inventory recordkeeping and administrative tasks. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate data, updating inventory information, and assisting with general office communication and documentation.
Schedule: Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., totaling 15 to 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
· Enter, update, and maintain inventory data with a high level of accuracy.
· Review inventory records for discrepancies and report issues promptly.
· Assist with tracking stock levels, usage, and item locations.
· Prepare and organize reports, spreadsheets, and related documentation.
· Communicate with team members regarding inventory updates and data needs.
· Support general clerical tasks such as filing, email communication, and document preparation.
Qualifications:
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Previous inventory, data entry, or office experience is a plus.
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
