About the Role
ActivPower is hiring motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our growing home improvement sales team. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career in a fast-growing industry with consistent income and real upside.
No home improvement sales experience required. We provide paid, hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path for advancement into leadership roles.
In 2025, multiple first-year team members surpassed six figures in total earnings.
What You’ll Do
Represent ActivPower in the field and engage homeowners
Educate prospects on home improvement solutions, including solar, HVAC, and roofing
Qualify interest and set consultations
Follow a proven sales process with ongoing coaching
