Sauté Chef – Quidnessett Country Club
Quidnessett Country Club is seeking a talented and passionate Sauté Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute sauté station dishes with consistency and precision
- Assist in daily food preparation and kitchen operations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef and culinary team during service
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Support banquet operations, member dining, weddings, tournaments, and special events
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
Qualifications
- Previous sauté or line cook experience in a restaurant, country club, hotel, or banquet setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
- Flexible schedule required
Requirements
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, nights, and special events is mandatory
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Culinary training or certifications are a plus
