Button Energy Company is seeking a Propane Tank Setter to join our Berwick, PA location team! This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and family-owned company that promotes a work-life balance.
A successful Propane Tank Setter will have a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward safety, customer service and employee teamwork, to help grow our propane division. They must also be able to work independently with limited direction.
What You Will Do
- Perform propane hook-ups at customer sites.
- Educate customers on safe and proper operation of equipment both indoor and outdoor.
- Maintain and repair propane tanks.
- Install propane tanks.
- Operate a propane tank set truck CDL vehicle, with crane.
- Performs and documents safety inspections/leak test.
- Occasionally run gas lines exterior applications only.
- Provide all customers with consistent, quality service.
- Represent and promote the company's products and services in a professional manner.
- Maintain the service truck with the appropriate parts inventory.
- Safely and efficiently drive commercial vehicles and perform job duties in all types of weather conditions.
- Maintain proper physical condition of vehicle and equipment, reports problems areas to manager.
- Rotates after hours on-call nights, weekends, and holidays.
What You Will Need
- High school education or equivalent
- 21 years of age according to DOT requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in propane industry
- Class C CDL
- Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake Endorsements

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
