At Long Motor Corporation dba LMC Truck we are immediately hiring quality Warehouse Packers!
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4:00 pm.
Must be available for 9-hour days during the week and 2 Saturdays per month!
We have different types of packers, which is based on the size of the product(s) and quotas, we carry truck parts so heavy products are part of the daily work, typically between 50 - 70 lbs. up to 100 lbs.
- A Packers- 200 orders/DAY
- Truck Freight Packers- 7 orders/hour
- Packers are responsible for the lasting impression for our customers at LMC Truck. As a Packer, you will be responsible for packing the product(s) in the correct box size(s) and ensure that the customer receives what they ordered in a well-packing manner.
- All other duties as assigned.
Key skills to be successful:
- Ability to push, pull and/or lift objects between 50-100 lbs. consistently.
- Ability to stand and/or walk 95% of the shift.
- Able to work in a Non-Climate-Controlled environment, (cold in winter, hot/humid in summer).
- Accuracy and Detail Oriented
- Organization skills a must.
- Time-management, dependability, and good work ethic.
- On the job Training (up to 4 weeks).
