Responsibilities
- Foster a safe and inclusive, classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Support children's social-emotional growth through positive behavior management techniques and effective communication.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to develop individualized plans for children requiring additional support such as special education or early intervention services.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings such as preschool, or private schools.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
