You'll be the face of our company in customers' homes, diagnosing issues, completing quality repairs, and helping homeowners keep their HVAC systems running efficiently.
Responsibilities include:

Diagnose, repair, and service residential heating and cooling systems

Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections

Troubleshoot equipment and identify long-term solutions

Clearly explain repair options and replacement recommendations to customers

Deliver professional, courteous service on every call

Complete service documentation accurately

Follow company safety standards and best practices

Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new equipment and technology

High school diploma or GED
-
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

At least one year of residential HVAC service experience or comparable technical training

EPA Universal Certification

Strong diagnostic and repair abilities

Confidence communicating with homeowners and explaining technical information

Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and continuous learning
Preferred:

Completion of an accredited HVAC training program
