About the Role
As a Facilities and Equipment Technician, you will serve as a critical member of our technical team, ensuring the reliability and peak performance of our industrial infrastructure. You will leverage your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to drive operational uptime and support the seamless execution of our production goals.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules to maximize the lifespan and efficiency of critical machinery.

Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical malfunctions to minimize production interruptions.

Interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals to perform precise installations and repairs.

Manage spare parts inventory and maintain rigorous documentation of all service activities to ensure compliance and accountability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance facility safety and output.

Oversee the upkeep of conveyor systems and heavy equipment, ensuring all components meet rigorous operational standards.

3+ years of hands-on experience in an industrial maintenance environment.

Proficiency in troubleshooting 120/208/240/480 voltage electrical systems and control panels.

Strong working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Demonstrated ability to read and apply technical blueprints and maintenance documentation.

Commitment to maintaining high safety standards in high-voltage and heavy-machinery environments.

Direct experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.

Specialized expertise in conveyor chain replacement and heavy equipment repair.

Proven track record of contributing to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing projects.
