Assembly Technician
The Assembly Area challenges the worker with a wide range of functions and responsibilities that combine the skill-level of both a Mechanical and Electrical Technician with the aptitude of a Quality technician. Installs automated devices, robots, electronics, and pneumatics onto machine to assemble and build automated machinery.

Entry-level position for Field Service Technician, Quality Assurance and Engineering
Essential Functions include:
1. Understand and translate mechanical prints, electrical and pneumatic diagrams. Make electrical and pneumatic connections.
2. Understand and analyze a mechanical device’s functionality. Familiar with electricity, fluid mechanics and vibration analysis.
3. Use instruments to measure object conformity including but not limited to calipers, micrometers, force gauges, hardness testers, torque transducers, etc.
4. Use hand tools for measuring, aligning, squaring, drilling, tapping, soldering, crimping, fastening and mounting or electro-pneumatic mechanical devices, robots, etc.
5. Evaluate an object based on specific quality standards of fit, function and workmanship.
6. Comply with and apply good workmanship, performing independently.
7. Assist with managing inventory.
