About the Role:
Nurse Care, Inc is seeking compassionate and reliable Private Duty Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide one-on-one care in the comfort of our patient's home. This role is perfect for a nurse who values building lasting relationships, enjoys providing personalized attention, and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families. The following hours are available:
Sunday-Thursday 11p-7a
Job Summary:
- Deliver skilled nursing care to a client in the home according to the physician’s plan of care
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes as necessary
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Provide g-tube care as needed
- Document all care provided in compliance with agency standards

Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Previous experience in home health, pediatrics, or long-term care (6 month minimum)
- G-tube experience
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient home

Pay: $31.00 - $38.00 per hour
