Warehouse Logistics & Scheduling Coordinator
Location: North Charleston, SC
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating the daily logistics of our event production operations by scheduling crews, assigning drivers and trucks, and working closely with our warehouse, production, and management teams to ensure every event is set up for success.
This is an in-person position based at our warehouse in North Charleston.
Responsibilities
- Schedule event technicians for upcoming installations, deliveries, and breakdowns.
- Assign trucks and drivers to each event based on logistics, staffing, and equipment needs.
- Coordinate daily schedules with the production and management teams.
- Communicate schedule updates and changes clearly and efficiently with employees and contractors.
- Schedule travel and accommodations for team members on out of town jobs.
- Help ensure crews, vehicles, and resources are properly allocated for each event.
- Maintain organized scheduling records and communicate any conflicts or staffing needs proactively.
- Work closely with warehouse staff to support smooth daily operations and event execution.
- Assist with other logistics and operational coordination as needed.
Qualifications
Required: Previous experience in logistics, dispatching, scheduling, workforce coordination, or a similar operational role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, spreadsheets, and email.
- Dependable, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Experience in the event industry is a plus, but not required.
