Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic employee who is responsible for budget preparation, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, grants management, purchasing, inventory control and business services. When the secretary is not available additional duties include: health room duties and providing customer care in a school setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management, filing systems, and multi-line phone systems to ensure smooth communication flow.
- Plan, organize, implement, and control all accounting, budget and financial reporting
- Prepare payroll
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with payroll processing.
- Coordinate event planning for company meetings, trainings, and special events to promote team engagement and organizational visibility.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using spreadsheets and accounting software; perform basic accounting tasks including budgeting and financial reporting.
- Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive information related to clients, employees, or company operations.
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply ordering, facility maintenance coordination, and filing systems organization.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries from clients or visitors while demonstrating professional phone etiquette.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) along with experience using spreadsheets for data organization.
- Experience managing schedules using calendar management systems; ability to coordinate multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of vendor management processes including contract negotiation and invoice processing.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass background check and complete provided Health Tech Training.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
