Full-Time | Commission + Bonuses | Estimated $60,000–$140,000/year
Granite Subaru is growing, and we’re looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. If you're passionate about helping people, have a proven track record in automotive sales, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right vehicle that fits their Needs / Budget
- Guide customers through test drives, product features, and financing options
- Close sales while providing an excellent customer experience
- Follow up with prospects and previous customers to build lasting relationships
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and Subaru incentives
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales (Subaru experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, team player, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed
