Duties
- Assist bartenders by restocking liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware to ensure seamless service during busy shifts
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, washing glassware, and disposing of trash efficiently
- Buss tables and clear empty glasses to keep the bar and dining areas tidy and inviting
- Help with food handling duties in compliance with health and safety standards to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong communication skills
- Replace kegs when empty, will need to be able to lift and move a full keg.
