Bandera at Preston Hollow has an immediate need for a Maintenance / Make Ready Technician. In an effort to expedite the recruiting process, we will be conducting an on-site job fair. HVAC certification and a willingness to complete make ready duties is a MUST!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all vacant apartments are ready prior to move-in
- Routine maintenance tasks, minor requests and preventative maintenance
- Assist w/ resident service request in timely manner
- Monitor condition of the community, pick up grounds and report any issues
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Experience with painting, sheet rock repair, carpentry and tiling
- HVAC certification
- Must be dependable and have own transportation
