This Entry Level Sales Team Member role is hands-on from day one. You won’t be sitting through long onboarding – you’ll be actively learning by working with each customer and improving your approach in real time.
What you’ll be doing as an Entry Level Sales Team Member:
- Speak directly with each customer to introduce services and current promotions
- Keep conversations clear so every customer understands options and next steps
- Identify what each customer needs and match the right solution
- Handle the full process from first interaction to completed enrollment
- Stay organized while managing multiple customer conversations throughout the day
- Work alongside other Entry Level Sales Team Member team members to maintain strong daily results
- Adjust your approach based on what’s working to improve overall performance
