The rate of pay is $12/hr + variable income from commission, lessons, etc. We are looking for candidates who are pursuing a PGA Golf Management or Sports Management degree.
The goal of our program is to provide each student with a unique learning experience. During an internship at Reynolds Lake Oconee (https://www.reynoldslakeoconee.com/), you will be exposed to the different facets of a multi course operation. Each intern will be assigned to a “home” course. Internship Students will be exposed to all aspects of golf operation, depending on what level of internship this will include:
- Maintenance
- Retail
- Group Golf
- Tournament Director
- Food & Beverage
- Accounting
- Human Resources
- Kingdom of Golf
- Taylor Made Performance Lab
Reynolds Lake Oconee Golf Operations Internship Students will also attend 1 or 2 seminars, these include:

- Leadership—Senior Management

Reynolds Lake Oconee will assist with the completion of work experiences through goal setting, study groups and individual meetings.
- Goals will be set with Head Professional
- Monthly review of goals with Head Professional
- Study Groups with Assistant Professionals
