Responsibilities Include
- Greeting patients and creating an exceptional first impression
- Managing front desk flow, scheduling, and phone calls
- Collecting payments and explaining care plans with clarity and confidence
- Supporting doctors and patients throughout the visit experience
- Assisting with community events, marketing efforts, and outreach
- Helping maintain an organized, positive, and professional clinic environment
