Responsibility as an Implementation Specialist
The RED BOOK CONNECT Implementation Specialist will have QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry experience with a desire to work in the IT industry. They will work within the global implementation team to setup and configure our SAAS product for new customers. The role will include configuring the system per a customer's requirements, installing elements of the solution, compiling documentation and training the end user on how to use the system.
You are:
Passionate about SaaS product implementation and maintenance and have the gift of thinking creatively to identify and resolve problems while multi-tasking in a deadline oriented environment. You have excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving and time management skills. Do you have a keen ability to work independently when needed but also thrive in a team-based environment?
