Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Building Cleaner to keep our commercial spaces spotless and welcoming. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the building, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors alike. The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial or custodial work, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude toward facilities maintenance.

Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards.
- Perform general cleaning tasks sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning glass/mirrors and trash removal across all office building areas.
- Sweeping of lots and rubbish removal from grounds around outside of building
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or safety hazards promptly.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks when needed, including high dusting or deep cleaning of large surfaces.
- Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored, following safety guidelines.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, and sealing floors is a plus.
- Experience with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is a plus.
