What You’ll Do
As a Behavior Consultant / BCBA, you will provide clinical leadership for children with autism and developmental delays through community-based services delivered in homes and schools throughout Erie County.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.)
- Provide face-to-face supervision to RBTs, BHTs, and assistant consultants
- Write progress reports and adjust treatment plans based on data
- Monitor clinical outcomes and maintain ethical ABA practice
Collaboration & Training
- Train caregivers and educators in ABA strategies
- Partner with school teams to support student success
- Lead team meetings and case consultations
- Participate in IEP, IFSP, and transition planning meetings
- Collaborate with early intervention teams, schools, and families
Advocacy & Support
- Maintain open communication with caregivers, educators, and treatment teams
- Support interdisciplinary care alongside other clinicians
- Promote skill generalization across home, school, and community environments
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Pay + Incentives
- $75,000 – $90,000 base salary (full-time Behavior Consultants start at $75,000)

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Master’s degree in a behavioral or human services field
- PA Behavior Specialist License OR BCBA credential
Preferred:
- 1+ year ABA experience
- Experience conducting behavioral assessments and designing ABA treatment plans
- Familiarity with ABA methodologies such as: DTT, NET, Verbal Behavior, PRT
