ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2019 and is a strong team of eight built on a foundation of sales, service, and growth. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I had a strong background in sales, which continues to shape our results-driven approach.
I hold a Master’s degree in Business Management from Strayer University, have one son, and stay active as a Division I men’s basketball referee. I’m also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity and value both leadership and community involvement. We stay deeply involved in the community through various charitable efforts and local initiatives.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Cedric Coleman - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
