Position Overview:
Role: RN – Labor & Delivery (LDRP)
Location: Oregon
Duration: 13 Weeks
Unit Overview:
This is an LDRP unit managing:
- OB Triage
- Outpatient testing
- Antepartum, Intrapartum, and Postpartum care
- Newborn Nursery
Note: This role does not involve circulating or scrubbing in the OR.
Systems Used:
- OBIX (fetal surveillance)
- EPIC (EHR)
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care using the nursing process within Oregon RN scope of practice
- Monitor fetal heart rate and maternal condition
- Educate patients, families, and support persons
- Accurately document care in EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
Submission Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience – REQUIRED
- Current Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM) experience – REQUIRED
- BLS (AHA) – REQUIRED
- NRP Certification – REQUIRED
Preferred Qualifications:
- OBIX experience
- EPIC experience
- EFM Certification
- STABLE Certification
Pay: $50.33 - $55.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
