Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of construction defect litigation matters.

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and dispositive motions.

Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.

Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.

Attend court appearances, hearings, and settlement conferences.

Collaborate with experts, consultants, and clients throughout the litigation process.

Develop litigation strategy and evaluate exposure and settlement opportunities.
