SUMMARY
Join a growing manufacturing team operating state-of-the-art Digital Hybrid printing technology. This second shift role is ideal for someone with some printing experience and strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys working with automated equipment. You'll help produce high-quality printed products, troubleshoot equipment, and support production across multiple machines in a clean, climate-controlled facility while learning the latest printing technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate and monitor Digital Hybrid printing equipment to meet production and quality standards.
- Set up materials and prepare equipment for scheduled print jobs.
- Inspect print quality and make adjustments as needed throughout production.
- Perform routine machine adjustments and basic preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical and production issues to minimize downtime.
- Assist with operating other production equipment when needed to support the shift.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following company procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in digital, flexographic, or similar printing environments preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in working with automated machinery.
- Comfortable using computer-controlled equipment.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently on second shift.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new equipment and technologies.
- Basic troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
