Scheduler we are looking for a candidate with inbound phone experience and appointment setting experience. Friendly and fun atmosphere. Build your career and develop your professional experience with our team. Successful candidates possess talent, drive, energy, character and a positive attitude.
Job duties:
· Answer inbound calls and schedule our service customers
· Utilize our service scheduling tools and call tracking tools
· Assist with other assignments as needed including; reception, cashier and other duties
Job Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· 18 years or older
· Excellent driving record
· Valid current driver’s license (cannot be expired)
· Proficient computer skills
· Friendly, outgoing and courteous
