As a Bather/Customer Service Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Bathing and grooming preparation for pets, ensuring they’re clean, comfortable, and happy.
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service to pet owners, answering questions, and assisting with their needs.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Taking appointments, processing customer payments (cash, card, tap) and answering phone calls.
No prior experience? No problem! We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Passionate about animals and eager to work in a pet-focused environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and have excellent communication skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and willing to learn on the job.
