Overview
We are seeking an experienced, motivated and skilled Concrete Worker to join our masonry team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing high-quality concrete projects across various sites, ensuring safety, precision, and efficiency. Your expertise will help bring visions to life through expert concrete installation, finishing, and related tasks. Duties
- Prepare construction sites by setting up forms, rebar, and necessary preparation according to job specs
- Operate concrete mixers, pumps, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Install rebar, forms, and required supports for to reinforce concrete
- Pour, spread, level, and finish concrete surfaces with precision for driveways, floors, walls, sidewalks, porches, and other structures
- Interpret project specifications accurately
- Conduct quality checks on finished surfaces, ensuring smoothness, proper curing, and adherence to standards
Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Experience with concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and techniques
- Ability to read job specs with attention to detail
- Skilled in rebar installation, placing and removing forms, and masonry applications
- Proficient in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and machinery
- Knowledge of concrete processes for material needs and project timelines
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during projects
- Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocols and teamwork
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour
