Responsibilities

- Negotiate policy terms and coverage options with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage sales administration tasks including preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Stay informed on insurance regulations, industry trends, and product offerings to provide expert guidance.
- Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to facilitate policy issuance and claims processing.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and providing ongoing support for benefits administration and policy updates.
- Utilize analysis skills to assess market opportunities, identify potential clients, and develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling health insurance information and ensure confidentiality at all times.
- Develop multilingual communication skills to serve diverse client populations effectively.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while building trust with clients.
- Knowledge of insurance products such as health insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with insurance regulation standards and benefits administration processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in bilingual or multilingual settings are preferred to serve diverse customer bases.
- Experience in sales administration tasks including CRM management, documentation, and follow-up procedures.
- Demonstrated analysis skills for market research, customer needs assessment, and strategic planning within the insurance industry.
